Key  Required?  Description
*p    Yes        Protocol: Helps other systems identify and process colour events
*op   Yes        Operation: Type of event (DID, put, remove, mix)
*hex Yes        Hex-code of the exact colour/shade
*msg No        any msg associated with the colour

NOTE: whoever owns the "put" inscription of a hex colour/shade owns it
